The Service facilitates the booking and organization of religious trips, particularly the Hajj pilgrimage and other spiritual journeys. Our role is that of an intermediary between the user and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, local operators).

We are not a direct tour operator. We do not guarantee the availability of seats, accommodations, or services, which are subject to confirmation by third-party providers.

• Itinerary planning and logistics.
• Assistance with bureaucratic procedures and visas.
• Informational support before and during the trip.
• Mediation in case of disputes with providers, within the limits permitted by law.

The user agrees to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and booking.

It is the user's exclusive responsibility to:

• Verify entry requirements (passport, visa, vaccinations) for the destination.
• Have adequate travel insurance covering cancellation, injuries, and illness.
• Comply with the laws, regulations, and cultural and religious traditions of the destination country.
• Promptly communicate any changes to their data or travel needs.

3.1 Payments and Refunds

Payment terms and refund policies are specified at the time of booking and are governed by contracts with third-party providers. ViaggiSacri is not responsible for the refund policies of providers.

Any refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be handled according to the applicable contractual conditions.

ViaggiSacri acts as an intermediary. Therefore, we decline all responsibility for:

• Delays, cancellations, strikes, force majeure events that affect travel services.
• Damages, losses, theft, injuries, or illnesses suffered by the user during the trip.
• Any discrepancies between service descriptions on the site and reality, as they depend on information provided by third parties.
• Behaviors, omissions, or actions of service providers (e.g., guides, hotels, transport).

Our maximum liability, where provided by law, is limited to the amount of the commission we received for the booking in question.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or interrupt the Service (or part of it) at any time, with or without notice.

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Modifications will be effective upon publication on the site. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

5.1 Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate a user's access to the Service in case of violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behaviors that may harm the Service or other users.
